Stitch n Sip
Yesterday visited a great shop called the Knit Cafe (no website yet) on 8411 Melrose, here in L.A.
It's a beautiful new space, great selection of yarns and a cafe too. I finally had a chance to see the Colinette Tagliatelli I've been talking about and it's gorgeous! I had a nice chat with the owner, Suzan (hope I'm spelling it right) and got so engrossed that I forgot to see the cafe. Karen, one of the L.A. SnB gals, will be teaching classes there soon, too. Even though this town is spread out, we are slowly developing a nice knitting community and I hope it continues to grow.
