Poem

I was just sent this amazing poem, that I know all sock knitters will love.

It's called "Ode To My Socks" by Pablo Neruda.

This poem is especially easy to appreciate at this time of the year, but Neruda's odes are generally hard to dislike. His ability to give new life to ordinary objects is incredible. If you really like Neruda, check out Red Poppy at www.redpoppy.net. It's a non-profit set up to create a documentary biographical film about Neruda and to translate his works into English.
