My name is Ellen and I am pom pom challlenged.
Too lazy to measure and make the cardboard circles, I went out and bought a cute little, handy-dandy Clover Pom Pon (that's how they spell it) Maker. Here's a good review Clara gave on Knitters Review.
I tried a few times and so far, so bad. Actually one of my attempts looks pretty close to the photo in Clara's review.
My main problem is I can still see the space in the middle where I tied it. Maybe I have to use more yarn, too.

Speaking of pom poms, I am off to get my mammogram. Eeks! Don't mind me. Just a tad nervous.
