Well, it's raining here in the 'Dacks. Has been all weekend pretty much.
It did clear up long enough to walk over to the restaurant where my friend Kathy was throwing a small baby shower for her daughter.
Now that I've given the gift, I can show it to you all:
It's the Whimsy Blankie by Mags Kandis, made with Mission Falls 1824 Cotton. It's the second one I've made as a baby gift and each time I make it, I love it so much I want to keep it!
Well, of course I didn't keep it. After lunch we all went to a ceramic make and take place and made little gifts for the new babe.
Got caught in another shower on the way home, but it was okay. It was a nice day.
