Katrina's Aftermath

Every day I watch the news and see the conditions keep deteriorating down on the Gulf Coast. It's more horrific than anyone can imagine.

I've already donated money to the Red Cross and wish there was more I can do.

It's absolutely heartbreaking to hear each person's story, knowing there are thousands more like it.

For every wonderful charity, you know there are scammers out there, which makes me sick to my stomach. Here's
a good article outlining some of the scams currently running.

It's hard to feel optimistic about recovery right now, when the situation is worse than a John Carpenter movie.

I will hope and pray for the best.
