I did a little show and tell at the SnB this week, showing these fun yarns I got from a seller on eBay, who sells Japanese yarn. One of my faves, which is made of bamboo to simulate dyed paper called "washi", looks like this:
The pic doesn't do it justice, but it's light and airy. Think a shell from this might be nice?
