So today at yoga, in one pose, the instructor said to concentrate on your thighs. I rather not, thanks! Makes me think of the trips to the "Chubby Shop" when I was a kid.
On my way out, the instructor told me she is going to be interviewed by a yoga magazine and apparently mentioned me to the writer, since I am doing yoga as my post-neck surgery therapy. Looks like I am going to be interviewed too. So soon,at newsstand or wheatgrass bar near you, you can read all about it. I'll keep y'all posted.
